Policy and Proceedures for Travel Agents
Get a 5% commission on standard tour packages if:
- Booking is a standard tour package in standard or higher accommodations.
- Booking is completed more than 45 days prior to arrival in Panama
- We will accept client's credit card
- We will not accept an agent credit card
- We accept visa, Master Card, and Discover
NOTE: Bookings made less than 45 days prior to arrival in Panama are subject to a $25 per person (or a $50 minimum) late booking fee.
Day Tours
We do not sell day tours. Our minimum booking is our Panama at a Glance package
Booking requirements
In order to prepare a booking we will need the following at the time of booking:
- Signed terms and conditions from the client This form will be sent to you in the form of a pdf file with your clients travel documents. Terms and conditiuons form must be scanned (not copied), signed and returned to us by email attachment. THIS IS YOUR CLIENT'S TRAVEL VOUCHER and they should have them in their possession when they arrive in Panama
- Agency name
- Agency address
- Agency phone number
- Agent's full name
- Client's full name(s)
- Credit card type
- Client's credit card number with three digit security code
- Credit card billing address
- Credit card expiration date
- Emergency contact name and phone number
- Tour type and accommodation level (economy, standard, or superior)
- Client's special requirements (smoking, non smoking, refrigerator)
- We will accept client's credit card
Read our Our Terms and conditions Carefully
We must receive the signed Terms and Conditions form before the booking will be complete.
Commission Checks
Commission checks are sent 20 days prior to client's arrival in Panama.
