This section contains details of the individual day tours offered in most of our tour packages. Our minimum sale is our Panama at a Glance tour package. We can add additional hotel nights and any of our day tours to this package.



Plantation Road is beautiful rainforest and lots of wildlife, plants, birds and a great river flowing alongside the trail. This trek will take you abour four hours and is very tame. The trail is level, wide and bedded with gravel. There is a slight uphill grade on the first leg of the trip, then of course on your return back over the trail, it is all down hill. It is a fresh feeling to just be alive in this rainforest. This is considered to be the mildest of our treks. Our bilingual naturalist guide will share forest lore and show you tracks and trails.

Includes: Transfer is included from the hotel, and English/ Spanish- Speaking tour guide.

What to bring: Comfortable clothes and shoes (sneakers or hiking shoes) long pants, hat, camera and binocular. Some insects are possible so please bring mosquito repellent.

Duration: 4 ½ hours

NOTE: This tour involves a hike on shady rainforest trails.
